Year 5 Open Events 2024

We are pleased to invite Year 5 students to visit Beths Grammar School on our taster sessions in June and July 2024. This is a great opportunity for you and your child to be able to see the school and all that Beths has to offer including taster lessons. The event consists of taster lessons, where you will have the opportunity to view our school and speak to staff and students about their experiences at Beths!

Each session will run from 9:15am - 11am on the following dates:

• Thursday 27^th June 2024
• Monday 1^st July 2024
• Friday 5^th July 2024
• Monday 8^th July 2024
• Tuesday 9^th July 2024 
• Thursday 11^th July 2024
• Friday 12^th July 2024

This event is for Year 5 students only. Each ticket allows entry for 1 pupil and 1 parent/carer, therefore please only buy one ticket per family.

Tickets are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please only book if you are able to attend the event. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket and rebook so another family can attend.

Rules and extra information:

• These visits are reserved for families with children in Year 5 only. We kindly request that your child accompanies you, as this event is tailored exclusively for their participation and experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate parents/carers without their child.
• You will be able to reserve ONE ticket per family which will allow entry for up to TWO people per ticket (for example 1 child and 1 adult).
• We operate a no ticket no entry policy, tickets/ booking confirmation will be checked to allow entry.
• Please note, there are no parking facilities on-site.  The neighbouring roads have parking restrictions, so please be mindful of them.  There is a pay-and-display car park at the bottom of Albert Road, on Thanet Road or Hall Place is also a short walk away and the car park is free! Please do not park across residents' driveways.
• We ask attendees to only book for only one open event. In the event that you can no longer attend the day you originally booked, please cancel the ticket and rebook for a different event.
