Receptionist, to cover for a Maternity Absence
We are looking for a confident and competent individual to work on our front desk greeting visitors, answering the telephone, checking emails, sorting the post and undertaking general reception roles which could also include some small administration jobs. The post holder will also be required to deal with injury/illness for which First Aid training will be provided, if necessary.
The successful candidate would ideally have previous customer facing experience and would be ready to commence the role in March 2021. The post holder would work from 8.30am-4.30pm with a 48 minute lunch break, working full time (including during the school holidays). They would be paid on Bexley 4.1 (£21,408 per year pro rota) with 24 days holiday, again pro rata.
The existing post holder is due to return on 1 October 2021 and this is when this temporary post is due to end. However, for the right candidate, once this maternity absence has been completed, there may be the possibility of a permanent post within the support staff team.
