A-Level results day 2022 - congratulations to all Year 13 students.
Students and staff at Beths Grammar School in Bexley are celebrating the best A Level results ever achieved by the school today with over 70% of all examinations graded A*-B - enabling them to secure places at Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College, Warwick and other Russell Group Universities and on coveted apprenticeships with JP Morgan, KPMG, Jaguar Land Rover.
Students at the high-performing and mixed Sixth Form have achieved some excellent results which reflect the hard work and commitment shown throughout their studies at the school. Some of the stand-out achievements include:
Student achieving 4 A*s
- Ben H who achieved 4 A*s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics is looking to the University of Cambridge to read Mathematics.
- Patrick M who achieved 4 A*s in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics and Politics is going to the University of Cambridge to read Engineering.
- Arnav who achieved 4 A*s in Economics, Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics is going to the University of Oxford to read Economics and Management.
Other exceptional achievements
- A further 15 students achieved at least 3 A*s and 16 students achieved at least 2 A*s and one A grade.
- Both the Head Girl and Head Boy each achieved 3 A*s. Rose C achieved her grades in English Literature, PE Studies and Sociology and is intending to read Media, Communication and Cultural Studies at the University of Newcastle whilst Kavern B achieved his grades in Economics, French and Mathematics and is intending to read PPE at the University of Warwick.
Students studying medicine/veterinary medicine
- 7 students are intending to study medicine who are Kosar B at Hull York Medical School, Victor E at the University of Newcastle, Sanam G and Zakariya both at the University of Leicester, Karam M at St. Georges, University of London, Ololade P at Kings College, University of London together with Lauren R reading veterinary medicine at the University of Surrey.
