This half term has been eventful, culminating in two days of intensive Headteacher interviews at the start of this week.  When the Chair of Governors announced on Wednesday 7 February, at an especially called staff meeting, that Richard Blyghton – who had been Acting Headteacher for the last 11 months – had been appointed as the permanent Headteacher, he received a standing ovation!  His appointment was an extremely popular one with us all....
